They put me in an apartment that was infested with roaches and the common area was trash for 2 years they wouldn't move me and I had to live in this condition, then after the two years they blamed it on me and said it was my fault and forced me to deep clean the messed up area or they would kick me out that same day. My daughter had an apartment here for college. When we moved in the carpet had stains and the manager said she would mark our file so we would not be responsible for this. The manager had an english accent and was very nice. After three months she quit and a new manager took over. When we moved out she demanded we pay for All New ****** because of the stains. We explained what the manager at the time said but she did not carer and said we had to pay. I refused to pay and now they have to on my credit report. I am leaving thi... read more
My daughter and I experienced a multitude of problems throughout our tenancy, primarily related to inhabitable place due to ***** infestation. I had to pack my stuff 4 months into the lease due to this horrendous issue. These issues have had a detrimental impact on our health and well-being. Neighbors from below in front of me, they mentioned they are moving out this week for this same reason. 8 months since they have lived here and *********************** have not been able to a hold of this problem.

I have been living at ****** ****** in ******, ******* for some time now. I have to say since moving it, it has been a blessing since day one. I love my apartment, and when I moved in, it was immaculate. The service team did a tremendous job getting it ready as I do not recall finding anything wrong. I am a long time resident of ************ which is a Collier Companies Property. I have enjoyed my living experience here over other apartment complexes that I have lived in. I have beautiful lake views from all rooms and the apartment is very spacious. The maintenance is timely and professional.
