I have been in my apartment since last August and I couldn't be happier! After apartment hunting for several months, including some brand new ones, I discovered the prices were fairly comparable based on sq footage. Had to move out of building 11 #1122 because of black mold issues. Mold remedy specialist were sent in but we still had to live in the apartment with all the black mold while they were trying to take care of the issue. Caused health issues, ended up moving out.
My husband and I moved in 2 weeks ago after selling our single family home. It was a big step for us going from home ownership to renting. But the whole staff in the leasing office has been absolutely amazing helping us in every way. Especially Elizabeth. We have had a few maintenance issues and they came right out when called and fixed the problem. We love it there and absolutely love our apartment. I’ve been touring a fair share of apartments recently, and, Highland Dearborn is far superior compared to all of them. From rental agent ( Elizabeth is amazing!) to amenities to grounds, I have not seen any apartment complex that comes close. Submitting my application now!
