Very disappointed. After living here 2+ years, the front office staff seemed to change monthly. Poor response to maintenance requests. Also felt unsafe after the police were called to other apartments in my building several times. Would not recommend.
I wish I could have chosen no stars. I really regret signing a lease with this place. 1.) For the 3 of the 7 months I was there, the roof was being ripped apart and thus there were cockroaches everywhere. And the quality of life was terrible, the contractor was just letting all their people park in the garage, the secure garage door wasn't locked and anyone was just coming and going through the place as they pleased. 2.) Moved in a couple of months back and love everything about it..the staff is super awesome, fast service..friendly neighbors...wish the rent was a little lower, but it's well worth the money
Cobbler Square is not a place you'd want to call home for any amount of time. In fact it's a horrible place to live; has major noise issues; you can literally hear everything in other units. And don't misunderstand the 'noise' comment; in most cases, tenants are just using thier apartments in a reasonable manner. It is the extremely poor insulation between units that is the issue.
