When I took my cat here a few years ago, I had a good experience, however it seems this place is going downhill. If you’re looking for sense of urgency, good communication, and reliability, this is no longer the place. I spent $800 on blood work and scans. I was told the blood work results would be back Friday or over the weekend, yet received no phone call.
