Termites, requested a proper inspection/treatment after I reported termites for the second time. Weeks passed, this never happened despite multiple follow-ups. Started finding termites below/in my furniture. Reached out to the city (Riv code enforcement 26-03605). The city gave them 7 days to treat it, they still did nothing while I was there. Lived here for a year, and my experience has sucked. Management sucks, they do not manage all of the money well, and has attempted to charge me extra fees on many different occasions. (Such as a $2000 early lease end fee even though we requested to move out after the minimum 9 months that was stated on our lease was up) Also probably had like 10 days this past year where water was shut off for half the day, and we were only either given a notice a day before or the day of. Called to inquire on a 1x1 and was helped by the wonderful leasing consultant Josie! Hes bilingual and helped my mom with questions about our search. My mom needs a well priced 1 bedroom and she works near UCR. This location is prime right off the 91 fwy. Close to all major fwy and lots of options for food shopping and fun. I booked a tour and this is the only office that actually answered the phones. 5 star customer service!
