This place has gotten so ghetto not that it never wasn't but its at a all time high crackheads everywhere some even sleeping in cars and pool area private parking isn't enforced. Every Tuesday lawnmowers from 7am on the dot too 9am. No parking because people parking without permission. Cops almost evey weekend. Laundry room ran down no maintenance to the dryers so they don't work the first time.pool party's at 2-3am management won't lock the gate to help prevent the problem now we're getting gang party's

Mold is in the bathrooms Rats in the garages and walls Roaches everywhere The pool be filthy Don’t let the pics fool you Maintenance is horrible Once they get you in you gotta figure your way out DON’T MOVE YOUR FAMILY IN THESE APARTMENTS.

The manager here is very unfair and makes life very uncomfortable for everyone. She will restrict the kids from playing ball outside because she is in a bad mood. She has told my son on more than one occasion that she was going to throw away his toys because he accidentally left them outside. She has also talked to other tenants about my family and clearly told them lies about us. Beware before moving onto this property!!!!! There are cockroaches everywhere in the grass climbing up the walls on the windows inside the apartment they go through little holes everywhere in the apartment, the apartments are made so poorly there are holes leading straight from outside while the vents were painted over so air could not circulate. Air conditioner breaks every Summer pumping out warm air, worst apartment complex I've ever lived in
