I lived here from 2017-2021 for the duration of attending Campbell medical school. Kit and Fred were not only great landlords, but were like a second set of parents to me when I was away from my family. They put their heart and souls into the upkeep of these apartments as well as the exterior. Know that if you choose to live here, you are choosing a quiet, safe, and family-oriented street. I sure was thankful for my time there!
**LIVE HERE!!** My husband and I have lived here for the past 4 years during his medical school, and there are not words for how incredible our experience has been. Fred & Kit (the owners) are definitely the highlight of these apartments, as they take pride in their apartments and their tenets. Fred & Kit have a real hidden gem in Highlander Green Apartments. Their attention to detail and dedication to creating an inviting, quiet, and immaculate space to live is second-to-none! They are attentive to the needs of residents, going to great lengths to fix things the same day or sooner if needed.
