I love standing here the managers are so nice and sweet whenever something need to be fixed or done they right on top of it there's no drama there is no noise peace and quiet
They are very responsive and professional, with great management! However, don’t expect high-end interior design, as the quality of the materials and finishes is quite basic. That said, they recently replaced my AC unit, which shows they are making efforts to regularly improve their apartments.
The office staff are very welcoming, if anything is wrong with your apartment the maintenance team is on it right away. Ms/Mrs Sharon is who I’m in contact with the most, and she treats me with Kindness. Whenever another tenant is there it seems they are always trying to work something out with us. In other words Highlander apartments are budget friendly and I have had nothing but an all around nice experience. Thank you ladies and gentlemen!
3/10 do not recommend!! Everything was great on how they approved me to move in so fast, but because I was $7 short I had to pay an additional $500 for a security deposit! So when I moved they gave me partial deposit back as if I only paid $1000 and not the $1500 but I keep ALL documents! And then their was no pets allowed but now they’re dogs everywhere…
