This is one of the worst apartment communities I have experienced. Management is unresponsive and does not address tenant concerns in a timely manner. The property lacks proper facilities, and the laundry machines have been out of service for an extended period. Additionally, packages have been stolen from the mailroom, and management has not taken responsibility or provided any solution. I currently have a few months remaining on my lease and am very dissatisfied with the overall living experience at this property. A major concern is the lack of adequate security measures. There are no functional surveillance cameras installed in or around the apartment complex, which has contributed to ongoing issues such as package theft from the delivery areas. Dicen que aquí en los apartamentos Highlander no le recomiendo que vengan a rentar a Highlander estos nuevos supervisores que están están cobrando muy caro $300 del agua hay chinches cucarachas y están estafando a la gente te dicen que no pagas las cosas cuando tú tienes pruebas y Siguen con lo mismo y si tú fumigas el apartamento te quieren cobrar $75 cuando el fumigante que ellos echan no sirve para nada se van a rentar aquí piénsenlo en dos veces y una mala actitud de atender a los clientes
