STAY AWAY!!!!! Roaches, bed bugs, trash, break-ins, and terrible people. Review below: 1. Rude, unprofessional, and clueless people. Unresponsive to emails and phone calls. The office is a ghost town. If you are lucky enough to catch them during business hours, they’re aggressive and dismissive when you follow up on maintenance requests. I havent lived here. However, I had paid advance and couldn’t move-in. I highly appreciate the staff and they were really helpful. They couldn’t handover the flat on-time because of the maintenance guys, but they ensured i got back my refund. The reception staff was extremely helpful and were always approachable.
