The new management has really made a lot of good progress with the apartment and the overall building. They are making the place much more safe, clean, and beautiful. Also want to give a shout out to the team - Tieni, Alex, and Koa who have been very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues and general queries.
Alex Lucero has been absolutely great and amazing from the very first day. She has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process with our unit. She is always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we have. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help have made the whole experience so much easier. The attention is excellent, the news apartments is very nice and they work hard for better service.
This is one of the worst apartment communities I have experienced. Management is unresponsive and does not address tenant concerns in a timely manner. The property lacks proper facilities, and the laundry machines have been out of service for an extended period. Additionally, packages have been stolen from the mailroom, and management has not taken responsibility or provided any solution.
