i can’t speak to the apartment complex because i live next door. However, i can speak to the complete rat infestation they are causing with their ivy. When you walk along the road you will see 5-10 rats every-time coming in and out of the ivy. The rats breed quickly so their inability to remove the ivy is pushing the rat infestation to our complex. Poision does not work on this level of rat infestation the ivy must be removed. We will kill 6 rats each month. They will be gone for a month but then more will continuously move ... read more
They told us that they could hold the apartment we wanted until April, because they actually needed a place to store some fireplaces until then, now they say they can’t hold it and the only 2 options they gave us are: 1 cancel the application and just give us the holding fee (so we would lose the application money $100 even tho they would not continue with it) or to be in a waitlist (but we wouldn’t have a move in date yet, and obviously we need one because our current lease ends in April).
