My mom and I have lived here for 12 years and it was pretty decent at first. The old management was kind and on top of things. But over the years it’s gotten worse and worse. We no longer have access to washers and dryers. USPS no longer delivers here, so you have to either go to Pasco to pick up packages or pay for a UPS box. Rent goes up, quality of service goes down. Lived here for years but several neighbors have lived here much longer, into the decades. The staff is helpful and does address maintenance issues reasonably. The pool and gym are acceptable and maintained. It feels safe to live here and have never had much noise trouble. I only wish that we would be notified of maintenance repairs happening in the am to exterior parts of our building and there were more community events.
