We got the good service from the joen..
Always friendly. No problems. Good service.
Joel has been my maintance person for almost two years. He has done a lot of work for me and my apt. He is friendly, knowledgable and quick to respond to big and small requests. He does his job in a pleasant and happy manner. He has always gotten back to me on time. Although he is very busy with multiable calls through the day, he appears to effectively muli-task and priorize all his challenges keeping the customer as his focus.
