Staff is friendly and the maintenance crew does what they can with what they have. For the price of these townhomes you would think that you would at least have a half bath. I love that it’s quiet and most neighbors are nice and friendly. The bushes need to be cut down so the property looks its best. I have had one neighbor hit my vehicle with their car door and when confronted they just dismissed it. I lived in unit 203 and consistently had an issue with roaches the entire year I lived there along with squeaky bulky floors upstairs, a moldy mildew smell, you can hear everything next door through the walls, and nothing on the move in checklist ever got fixed. The dumpsters also suddenly started to constantly overflow with trash. I didn't have any issues with anyone in the office, just the unit itself made me unhappy.
