I lived in unit 203 and consistently had an issue with roaches the entire year I lived there along with squeaky bulky floors upstairs, a moldy mildew smell, you can hear everything next door through the walls, and nothing on the move in checklist ever got fixed. The dumpsters also suddenly started to constantly overflow with trash. I didn't have any issues with anyone in the office, just the unit itself made me unhappy.
We lived there over 10 years ago. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We unfortunately outgrew it due to having another child but it was nice and quiet. We had very nice neighbors as well and didn’t have very many problems. :-) hope this helps someone looking…
