Nice neighborhood great people around here but the plumbing is HORRIBLE!!!! Kitchen hasn’t been fully fixed since I’ve been here in October. Continues to clog and then leak horribly. Washer machine has leaked 3 times since I’ve been here. Toiled has clogged numerous times. The kitchen sink leaks about every other week. Doesn’t even have a garbage disposal. Terribly unhappy with this plumbing issue.
I have lived here for 16 years now and prior with this company for 3 at another property. I’m choosing to rewrite my review because I overall love my home. Nikki and the rest of the Staff are very professional and work hard for this property. People sometimes take one bad experience and write a review that makes Staff look bad. Been living here for almost two years and this is the worst apartment complex I ever lived in. The property manager Ms. Nikki is very rude they never answer your request online or the phones seems to me they too busy to figure out the what’s going on. My house has been infested with mold my walls are caving in upstairs looks like the roof will fall down any time.
