Stop taking people's money when you know you don't have anything available. I paid them $450 and was told they had a unit for me then "changed owners" which I believe is a scam, tried to force me to accept a a unit on another property, I never applied to for twice the rent .Then after I refused, I was told I would get a refund for this so call "risk fee" when all the risk was on me . Do not move here!!! Apartment has been flooding for 2 months and still nothing has been done. The apartment has bad kids walking around all day and night and they have no respect for the apartments nor YOUR property. Whether it's your car or apartment. The place is straight ghetto and many shootouts has happened since I've been here. I can count about 3-4 in less than a year. There are many fights and arguments all times of the day outside your residence. Take my advice and keep looking for a place to live.
