Management including the regional manager will not reach out to you nor resolve problems that you may be having. Very unprofessional
Communication between residents, maintenance and the new property management is very poor. Even corporate management never acknowledged me nor my concerns.
I've been living here a little over a year now and my roomates and I love it here! The staff is kind and friendly and the apartments are well taken care of. The apartment manager, Nicole, is a very sweet lady and is always willing help out with any issues, answer questions, or just have a friendly chat! There is also a small shopping center about a minute down the road with a Food Lion, post office, and a few restaurants. I won't be leaving anytime soon!
