Ericka at the Front desk is amazing! As is Maria. First impressions are everything and they rock!!!
Nothing is worse then having someone who’s suppose to help and “take care of you” speak to you like this every time you make contact. There’s also phone recordings that I have of me being treated horribly. I would never ever take my kids here and thankfully I didn’t it was just myself to see how it was and man am I glad. If you like being treated like this and like the condescending tone, this is place for you. Thanks to Maria!
We got new insurance and Dr. Pelletier had good reviews so I decided to bring our kids to her for their 6 month check-up. My 18 year old son was headed off to college in a matter of a few days after his apt., she scared him so badly that he was in need of a root canal and it could not wait for him to come back for his break that he needed to do it that week. They told my 15 year old daughter that she had 11 cavities....11!!!. We go to the dentist every 6 months and have since they were toddlers so for her to tell me my child... read more
I’ve been coming here for 7 years and highly recommend them! My husband and his parents are also patients. Everybody is always so friendly and the quality of their service is truly top notch. If you’re looking for a new Dentist, definitely come here. Dr. Pelletier and her team (specifically Jessica and the two front desk staff) are just the best. The customer service and dental care I receive with each and every visit will keep me coming back for as long as I’m living in AZ.
