My name is Lindsay Sharps. My husband, Dominic Shaw and I had a move in date for 10/10/2025 for a 3 BR apartment. Simone decided to switch that to a 2BR upon or before arrival. I was not pleased with this decision. We were not able to move forward with the agreement and I was supposed to be issued a refund on 10/10/2025 when Ms. Yolanda printed out my receipt and also stated we would not be moving forward with the process. There are no dumpsters so trash is just thrown on the corners at night the rats are big as cats the rat holes look like a human body could fit in So it's been yrs since first post only thing different is they placed a few trashcans ..but it's still dirty
