I lived at Highland for a year and have almost no complaints. Everyone in the front office was always super nice and helped me whenever I needed it. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and the included utilities were great. However nothing is perfect. Living in a smaller unit I had no control of the temp in my apartment so sometimes I would be too hot/cold, also the walls are SUPER thin so you hear E V E R Y T H I N G.
