I can’t say enough about the current manager Jag for his professionalism and willingness to help us with our requests, he’s gone above and beyond to help make our move smoothly, answering our questions and always greeting with a friendly smile. I understand returning messages may take a bit but he’s always there to help. Thank you Jag for being such a respectful person/manager .
I have lived at 3700 Ferrier for about 7 months and it's been a great experience. Great amenities, pet's allowed, dog wash, gym and community room. New building and well maintained. I love the area as well.
Extremely disappointing experience! This is now the fifth time there’s been no electricity on the second floor of 3640 Ferrier Street. It’s beyond frustrating — nothing ever gets properly fixed, and the problem keeps coming back. Totally unacceptable for a place like this! Do Not Move Here – Worst Apartment Experience! This place is a nightmare. The electricity cuts out randomly, sometimes for a whole day, and management never seems to care or fix the issue properly. The building might be “pet friendly,” but that just means dirty hallways and smelly floors that are never cleaned. The lobby is full of hair and it looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. This building is a disaster! The power goes out again and again, and management couldn’t care less. They make promises but never fix anything. Complaints go nowhere — it’s like talking to a wall. Living here has been nothing but stress and disappointment. Don’t even think about renting here. Totally not recommended!
