It’s an ok place to live but the land lord is horrible you can tell them u need somthing needs to be fixed an they never come fix it this place is also like a prison they come in an inspect your apartment they pretty much tell you we’re u can an can’t put your stuff in your own apartment if you have children there is no bicycles or skateboards or anything like that allowed the is a very small play ground they can play on some of the neighbors are very disrespectful like dragging stuff across the floor at 3am if you tell the ... read more

It was a good place to live before the latest landlord showed up. The place has went back to its original name of Abingdon village. You would just have to experience the current landlord but to do that you would have to live there and neither one is worth it.

I have been made aware that a 61 year old disabled man was recently attacked by a person half that age by a tenants visitor. The disabled man was injured and guess what? The 61 year old got eviction notice and is now threatened with being homeless on the street. Don't make good sense. I don't think I want to live there cause could be assaulted and then thrown on the street homeless.
