the terrace apartments, have become unbelievably horrible to live at. upon living there for 3 years the first couple of years was amazing amazing when it was a 55 and older ran by an amazing company period once they sold the company and took it to a regular apartment building the security disappeared. the apartment building is filthy and I mean filthy I have seen blood on the walls. Beautiful renovated apartments with a view of The University of Memphis. I would recommend this community as a home away from home with all the bells and whistles and a wonderful community manager! We first moved into a one bed/one bath unit. Now we live in a two bed/one and one-half bath unit. We love living here. Both units we lived in are very large. Both bedrooms are large. The rates continue very all utilities including WiFi and basic cable. There is an on-site cafe open 7:30-10:00 for breakfast and open 11:30 to 2:00 for the noonday meal. We have found The Terrace to be just what we needed when downsizing form our home. East Memphis is great with nearby restaurants, shopping and more...
