I'm from out of town visiting my daughter and grandchildren but aside from the elevator it seems nice. Much respect to the maintenance guy here George he does a super job on repairs l would say it's a decent place for short time
The property managers are rude. They pick and choose who they are polite to. They argue with tenants and do not provide assistance to tenants for any matter. Constantly send notices about disturbances from other tenants. Accuse tenants of things that take place when you are not home. Enter your unit whenever they want (as if they have exclusive rights to do so) then backtrack and notify you after. Property Owner has no way to be contacted. The apartment size is nice but its not worth the headace. The building is poorly made. I was on the second floor I literally heard the people downstairs walking and it would shake the floor. For that price you are better off renting a luxury building. The washer and dryer didnt clean the clothes. Listen go somewhere else. If you get the wrong neighbors you will be wokin up in the morning because of the vibration from people walking in the building. Go to a newer building
