Sometimes i am made to feel unwelcome , or that im being secretlywatched or spied on , and intimidated to leave , even though I PAY FOR THE SPOT .

If I ever need a storage unit again I would check here first. I was with them for 2 plus years and when COVID hit our house we lost half of our income permanently. I won't lie I got behind but they were willing to work with me until I could get it caught up. All they asked was for me to follow through with what I said I would do. They are amazing and caring people.

We have been with Highland storage for nearly 20 years. Over the years we have had personal challenges with finances a few times and Highland has ALWAYS been kind and compassionate and worked with us. The most recent 10 years we haven't had any late payments and they continue to be kind and good to their customers.
