Chris is one of the best maintenance men I’ve ever dealt with. He’s always quick with a response and knows what he’s doing. I always see him working his butt off being the only handyman on site. He’s super polite and will answer any questions you have and always comes off as happy and ready to help. Thank you Chris!
Beautiful location, kind and wonderful neighbors. Poorly maintained aging apartments, unethical, neglectful property management company. April 2024, HSA management invited residents to post a (positive) google review for a chance to win a 65 inch Flatscreen TV. No better location in the valley. The website is spot on.I am Idaho born but a military Veteran and had opportunities to live in multiple places worldwide. My wife and I find it very impressive on how well the community is taking care of by a staff half if not less than other properties I have lived.
