The worst place in Ohio. The incompetent staff did not even give me a toothbrush or basic toiletries like toothpaste and soap so I went 4 days without a shower. They break all laws pertaining to this type of business. Don't learn the hard way, just stay away, then sue them like I did. !!!!
Would NOT recommend! Uncaring, disorganized, very poor communication. My daughter slept in her contacts the first night and I only caught it the next day by chance. Otherwise it could have continued, damaging her eyes. . Support staff can't answer basic questions. VERY slow in giving personal belongings. She waited 12 hours to get her glasses. Huge confusion about discharge procedures. Couldn't get anyone to call back. This facility was not in network but we were willing to pay the $900 a day for really good car... read more
