What a complete and total joke this place is. My 5 year old son goes here, if you think you will actually get the proper care your child deserves, think again. They will have you drive all the way there, just to go into an office, and talk to a Dr. On zoom, so that they can charge insurance as much as possible for an “office visit.” How can you properly diagnose a child from a 15 minute Zoom call? The staff is professional and helpful including the receptionist, therapist (Yvette) and the nursing staff.
I have no insurance , my options are limited as to where to go for treatment. Noone answers the phones. If you have a problem with orders being sent to quest you have noone to go to, talk to or anything.They do not return calls in a timely manner. The nurse is there 2 days out of the week. I don't have a car at my disposal, they do not do tele med,instead I have sit in an office and do tele med there.
I’ve been coming here for about 7 years now. The staff really help you figure out the best meds and you can get therapy that suits your needs, whether it be individual or group therapy. I absolutely love my nurse and therapist and I honestly wouldn’t still be here if it weren’t for them Edited to add, they now have a great app that shows you your upcoming appts and it allows you to do telehealth through the secured app
