Most reasonable place in the area. Good manager and maintenance. It's not luxury, but it was a pleasant experience overall.
We have lived in Highland Ridge for 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience. The area is quiet , the neighbors are respectful, and the landscape is clean and well maintained. There are cameras placed strategically across the property and in the main areas of the buildings to increase safety protocols though safety has never been an issue for us here. Great apartments! Clean and well-maintained! Management is prompt to deal with any concerns and the grounds are beautiful being right next to the conservancy!
So, I go here to inquire an apartment for rent. The manager Tracy Kreul is very rude, racist and ill-mannered. The entire apartment community stinks, and is unclean. Don't move here and spread the word not to move here.
