It was a great experience and the kindness of the people who attend in the office they also have a full service in the apartments I loved the apartments they also have a pool it is incredible I am anxious to move already 10/10.
This review is strictly regarding the hospitality and application process. I went today to apply for an apartment here as it would be my first apartment complex. Antonia was my leasing agent and she was more than helpful and informative with any questions or concerns that I had. She gave me a tour of the facility and was transparent with my biggest concerns which is a plus that I look for when touring for my future living area. It is the worst place to live; they have a racket going with the tow truck companies. You go to the office to ask for a parking permit, but they won't give you one or even register your car, and then if you complain, they just get angry. Every month they tack on a bunch of extra charges. It’s a group of rude women who don't know how to speak to people I wish every body run this place.
I have been living here for approximately two months. Everything seems fine while you are in the process of moving in, but once that is over, you begin to realize that they have countless absurd policies that I have never seen in any other apartment complex or condominium. First, they charged me a $100 fine because I had my grill on my porch, without ever sending me a warning or notification asking me to move it first.
