I have lived here for a long time and I love it. Autumn and Mark are great and always accommodating when needed. I’m always seeing Autumn walking from unit to unit with a vacuum cleaner. The property is always clean from litter thanks to Mark walking the property. I even feel safe going to the dumpster area. It’s always maintained. It used to be a challenge but that’s no longer the case. Maintenance request are always handled within a reasonable time.
Autumn in the office is the BEST! I would recommend living here to anyone!
I love this apartment. They have people spraying for bugs regularly and I’ve never seen one bug here! The wooded view is beautiful and they keep the grounds immaculately manicured. There is very little noise and the neighbors are wonderful. If I put in a work order then it is fixed that day and if something is replaced then it is upgraded to something better.
