The job was done right the first time. Reasonable price. No issues. All over a good experience.
Good Quality work
The crew did an excellent job cleaning our gutters, including on a very high section of our roof, and cleaned up spotlessly after they were done. Highly recommend.
We had a really poor experience getting our roof replaced with Highlands. We decided to go with them since they seemed like a large and professional company and we wouldn't have to deal with untrustworthy or unreliable smaller companies or contactors, but this was not the experience that we had. Firstly, they asked for 2/3rd of the total bill before work would start. This seemed unusual for a large company to need this money upfront, but we were assured that it was normal.
