My friend has called Wednesday, Thursday and today to inquire about a property that was just listed. No answer calling the number listed and Paul Snyder's number states "not taking calls." This is not acceptable for a business.

Paul seems like a great / however he is always to busy to talk/ from the landlord side I need to call him every month so I receive a rent check / most time it ends up being a month late

Paul was amazing help, he helped us find the perfect spot to rent and accommodate our needs. We are so excited to move into our new place and thank him so much for helping us sort out any of the issues we had. We would recommend them and definitely keep in touch with them through the whole process if you have any issues. Looking forward to our experience renting and everything that comes with it.

Very frustrating experience! Had a scheduled showing all week to which Paul cancelled only 20 min beforehand due to “shortage of staff” I rescheduled with him for a later date only to be notified 2 hrs later that the apartment had been rented. This was very disappointing as I am an expecting mother who had everything in line for that apartment. If you value your time and efforts please avoid this company.

1) I called to ask about whether an apartment was available, Paul said the address I was interested in was available. 2) I called back within 30 minutes to ask whether he was 100% sure that the apartment was available, as it seemed to be already rented out, Paul raised his tone and said close to, "YES IT'S AVAILABLE! . . . WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING ME?" 3) He scheduled a viewing for me to see that apartment on the same day that afternoon, I appeared before the viewing time.
