I have been a tenant with Highland Property Management for close to a year now, and will be resigning with them again. Cheri is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions first-time renters may have. Highland goes out of their way to ensure their tenants have everything they need, and any maintenance requests I have had have been answered in the same day. There are also no hidden fees like some big corporations, what you see is what you pay.
I have been renting from Highland Property Management for a few months now, and I highly recommend their services and rentals to anyone looking for a place to call home. Their website is modern, up-to-date, and very user-friendly. Communication is clearly a top priority for them—they are consistently responsive, polite, and courteous across all channels. Highland has been the easiest renting experience I have had since moving to Pullman 5 years ago! Everyone is always so kind and willing to help. They are very thorough with everything and do a great job maintaining their properties. From the beginning we loved Cheri, and the team! They were professional and went above and beyond to help us get into the place we liked! They're always very timely with their maintenance calls and are big on communication. They are all nice people who I feel genuinely care, when sometimes things dont go as planned they are understanding. For me, its a respect them and the property and they will do the same. My family and I really enjoy renting from them.
I had a lease with Highland property for a year, probably the best experience I had with any real estate company. Always super friendly, always on top of maintenance, I will for sure come back if for leasing with highland property management again next year!
