Highland has been the easiest renting experience I have had since moving to Pullman 5 years ago! Everyone is always so kind and willing to help. They are very thorough with everything and do a great job maintaining their properties. I have locked myself out, had maintenance issues, the whole 9 yards and they have always come through to help me. I know I can always call if I need anything. From the beginning we loved Cheri, and the team! They were professional and went above and beyond to help us get into the place we liked! They're always very timely with their maintenance calls and are big on communication. They are all nice people who I feel genuinely care, when sometimes things dont go as planned they are understanding. For me, its a respect them and the property and they will do the same. My family and I really enjoy renting from them.
