Great experience with the staff at Highlands. Being Canadian it was sometimes a little difficult navigating college for our son in the USA. Jodi and Cheri were a great resource for us. They were supportive and informative. Jodi always responded to our queries quickly and was always kind. We had a great two years here! Thank you Jodi and Cheri.

They are absolutely horrible. I just graduated from Wsu and moved out of my 2 bedroom apartment near campus. It was a tiny place that my brother and I had lived at for a combined 5 years. When I moved out I completed the entire checklist except for cleaning the oven and range as well as the bathtub. They completed an inspection and estimate that it would take 15 to 20 hours to clean the entire place that I had already gone through and scrubbed. Shady organization scammaxxing college students and their parents by any means necessary They have a corrupt debt collection agency in their backpocket so they can just use a random number generator to decide how much you'll have to pay after you move out We apparently owe them over $9,000 after deducting a $2,000 deposit. Amazing deal for the opportunity to live 6 months in a run down 100 year old Pullman house!
