I had the same exact thing happen to myself as Kat the mystery shopper over a year after the fact. I call three different times during normal business hours and all three time was transferred to the voice recording. Then when visiting there store found it closed at 5:36pm when the sign on the door listed 6:00pm. I called this store five times, during regular business hours, and never got a live person; just an answering machine. Even though they were not able to service my hot tub that I bought used, I decided to go there for my chemicals today. Their website indicates they are open until 7:00, there was a handmade note on the door that said they were open until 6:00. I arrived at 5:45 and they were already closed.
