Hate this place! Been here almost three years and they have no sense of urgency! Management is HORRIBLE, except for one who can't possibly do everything on her own! Had a bed bug issue that I had to fix and there were other tenants that have complained about it and nobody informed any other tenants. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism, inconvenience, and inconsiderate staff!!!! This management team and staff is the worst I've ever come across in my life... Nothing was ever fixed properly and mold as well as stuff not working going year and a half.. A terrible place to live.
They were O.K. for most of the 6 1/2 years I leased there,but the biggest complaint from residents i spoke with is the yearly raising of one's rent!! My 430 sq foot Studio,had 2 years of increases of $64.00 ea. The furnace wasn't fixed properly, after less than 2 years of supposedly replacing wiring, and gas valves, the temperature sensor would not automatically kick off the blower fan..., you had to manually turn off the "light switch" in the closet, otherwise it would continue to run...up my XCEL bill !!
