We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and truly professional plumbing service. They have worked at at house on a number of projects. Always on time and efficient. Since they installed our new heating & water heater system, we have saved over 20% on our heating cost this year. We are extremely satisfied with their service. Not a good story… I had a situation with no hot water in my shower. I notified highland plumbing on a Sunday afternoon that I could take off work Tuesday to meet them at the house so they could fix it for me . They said “no problem” but that it would be difficult to make a specific time appointment. I said ok , I took off work so I’ll be available most of the day. Wonderful local plumber--flexible, reliable, super fast, and reasonably priced. Tom was personable, helpfully answered all my questions, gave advice on an unrelated plumbing matter, and even helped move an appliance I needed to hook up to the wall. It's so lovely when service is not transactional, but friendly and neighborly.
Did a great job installing a smart thermostat. But now, a few years later, They do not return my calls. There is more work to do. I'm gutting the whole kitchen. Stove and the washer dryer, new sink. Unfortunate. And i do not know why. I paid, in full, immediately and I liked their work. I write the five star review years ago.
