I took my daughter there to do a covid test, the elder female doctor that checked her was not professional at all. she forced my kid to lay down and quickly put swab into my kid's nose with no tenderness. the action was rude and not careful. my kid cried and was a bit shocked. I'll never visit there again.
I always have great experiences with this office. I want to highlight Dr. Kessous. She is just a PHENOMENAL PHYSICIAN and she’s always right on with her guidance and plan of care for my children. Today my eight-year-old had a visit with her and a couple of hours into following her guidance he felt better and said “that doctor is magic.” I completely agree!
Have been going to Highland Park Pediatrics for almost 8 years and have always been very pleased. Everyone, from the doctors to the nurses and admin staff are attentive, professional, and make both my children and I feel at ease. The office is clean and child friendly, and the doctors take time to listen to my children and any concerns I have. Would definitely recommend.
