I have serious concerns about this service department. I recently heard from another customer that some technicians may be accepting extra payments from customers and giving those customers better service or more attention. I did not personally witness this, so I cannot confirm whether it is true, but if it is, it would be extremely serious and unacceptable. I hope management investigates these allegations and ensures that every customer receives fair and equal treatment.
