The Hispanic guy handling my car had a bad attitude; he didn't enter the details into his computer and disappeared for hours. No one had any information about my car—I even had to go look for it myself, and it was parked way in the back, not even inside the shop. Six damn hours wasted only for an oil change only and they didn't do the rest that i need it i didn't told them when they gave me the keys i just wanted to leave. I could't do a recall, filters and spark plugs.

Good to very good service. My car was diagnosed properly and the repair done on-time. In the old days a porter would have delivered my car to me but I guess those days are gone. Overall a very positive experience.
