Ignored allergy requests
Operated out of a UHaul truck. We had nachos, it was raining, and they just set up all the food outside in the rain with no tents or anything. By the time I got through the line the chips were wet and falling apart. The jalapeño ranch was separating from the amount of water in it. They ran out of chips for the nachos about halfway through our group, so the rest of us had to just eat the toppings.
