I just visited 2 people, both on 4th floor, one lives at Elevate Care Northbrook and other at other building. Thank You very much for your service and support.
This used to be a top tier hospital! Now I’d rather stay at Lake Forest or hell, even Vista at this point. Called ER to get an approximate wait time. She says, “I can’t tell you that, if it’s bad we’ll take you”… This I understand but I’m just wanting a guesstimate because of my pain level - With an attitude says, “I’ve been here for 3 years and we never give that information so if you want to come just come - If not, don’t”! I was ambulanced there this morning after a fall in the bathroom and a cut in my arm that wouldn't stop bleeding. I was very impressed by the Doc, Ryan? One of the ER nurses, Liz was great. The Nurse Practicioner (Kelly) who stitched me up was fantastic. Thanks, All, John Homan
