Ok so there is still the lovely lady at the front desk and she's still professional and kind as ever. I've been coming here awhile and they always take care of me at the end of the day, overall pleasant experience once I get my anger in check...
This facility needs to be replaced. The first thing is the sidewalk and parking lot is terrible, concrete is broken up and it's not handicap accessible. I don't understand how they are passing inspections. The service is very poor. Long waits time and because of the volume of customer. The doctor only talks, he doesn't physically examine the patient. It's always a problem with paper work being completed and prescriptions being renewed. This facility is not a good choice at all.
This place needs to be shut down. One doctor for an entire zip code is the definition of benign neglect. They're slow on purpose and will deliberately make you wait an hour before anyone looks at you, then you have to wait for the one doctor who conveniently strolls in at 11 while you're appointment time is 9 o'clock. This is the version of America where we point out capitalism truly, truly does suck. They care nothing about the people coming for medical care, they're there just to get a check, everything and everyone there ... read more
