I had a fantastic experience at this location! The staff were extremely helpful and provided quick service. Although I had a broken tail light and a trunk that wouldn't open, they did an excellent job fixing the issues. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Thank you for the great service!
You cannot make an appointment. Come and we will change the oil right away. Arrived - waiting 2 hours and the master asks will you wait here or then come? Why can't it be on the phone?
I have been bringing my vehicle to Highland Park Ford Service for the past 5-6 years, and the quality of service has just gotten worse in the last 2 years. I just stopped by today Friday 130pm (7/19/2024) to try and get an oil change (no appointment needed), and they instructed me to pull in my car, park it, and go right to the service desk to sign-in.
