This place is frustrating. Coming here is a chore if you’ve got something to fix. For oil changes, it is slow but not as bad. I would take your Ford elsewhere even if farther away to access more efficient service. Have been told they don’t have the tech they need for certain jobs at times. Or, they’ll see they are not staffed for anything but oil changes. Appointments may or may not be necessary. You will find out when you show up for your appointment. Very poor and unprofessional especially Mike he is so rude and have no idea how to deal with customer in services department. Will definitely make complaint of him to cooperte aswel.
The dealership is awesome as sales and ownership personnel but I have complaint about the service department in general and one in particular service advisor name Mike he’s a super rude , disrespectful and un welcoming person it makes feel that he’s doing you a favor by fixing your car and not appreciating your business that makes their business successful .
