Stephanie is amazing. I lost one of my valuables here when getting service done last week. I called to see if they had it, and not only did they have it, but they kept it safe for me and I got it back. The honesty of this establishment is top-notch, and I am so grateful for their hard work.

This place is frustrating. Coming here is a chore if you’ve got something to fix. For oil changes, it is slow but not as bad. I would take your Ford elsewhere even if farther away to access more efficient service. Have been told they don’t have the tech they need for certain jobs at times. Or, they’ll see they are not staffed for anything but oil changes. Appointments may or may not be necessary. You will find out when you show up for your appointment. Very poor and unprofessional especially Mike he is so rude and have no idea how to deal with customer in services department. Will definitely make complaint of him to cooperte aswel.
