Got there a little after midnight and everyone from the check in to the nurses and the doctor were polite and helpful. Now I don’t wish anyone to feel bad or be injured but if it does happen and if you’re in the area this is the place I would recommend you go to for help.

Though the employees here were nice and well-mannered, the care I received was subpar. They had me give a urine sample shortly after arriving and being triaged and back to a room (around midnight-ish)Why? I have no idea either, because the cup of pee was still sitting on the bathroom counter when I was DISCHARGED at around 2am. The physician on duty was the worst. I wish I still had the card with her name on it. Bedside manner is garbage. And your diagnosis was too BTW
Had a great experience at Highland Park Emergency Room. We came in on a late Friday night. Walking in, Cindy, at front desk was very welcoming and quick! The staff Cliff, Eunice, Jennifer and Atteberry were very attentive, professional and caring! Highly recommend Highland Park Emergency Room! (Also, absolutely loved how clean and nice the waiting room looks!)
Best urgent care team in DFW always fast to respond to any questions stitched me up fast when I cut my hand with a can of beans by accident Love them !!!
