RecommendedI have absolutely LOVED living here this year. My apartment was renovated during move-in and it felt brand new. Matt, the community manager, made me feel at home right away by walking me through my apartment, changing the locks right in front of me to show their commitment to safety, and even gave me a basket of welcome home goodies- champagne included! I absolutely adore this community. I have been here for several years now and am always so impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the maintenance of all the facilities and all the amazing events going on here! I recommend this neighborhood to everyone I know :)
This place has been absolutely awful. We have lived here since August and have had nothing but problems. We have had to put a maintenance request in at least once a month due to the amount of issues/broken items in the apartment. My dog has gotten fleas from the dog park even though we pay extra money per month for pest control. We have brought all of our issues up with management and they gave us RUDE responses and sarcasm. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We are moving out as soon as we can.
Highland Park has a lovely location across from Northlake Mall with easy access to I️-77 and 485. The property is kept clean and the apartments are nice. However, I️ would not recommend living here. The community manager is unprofessional and immoral. My Fiancé and I️ we’re directly given false information that violated our contract. If we had not referred to it and taken her word for it we would have been conned out of money.
The staff here is amazing! Helped me with all of my needs. Jenna was awesome and great to deal with!
