pls stay away from homestead homes. they are not the right people not the right place to live. too many problems in the buildings. police is there every night. people beat each other inside the building. most of the units have Water leak and now one fix them. all the units are full of Cockroach.

I liked my apartment but unfortunately the bug infestations ruined the whole experience of living here the cockroaches were a never ending situation but then the bed bugs became an even bigger issue nice area such a shame the building isn’t bug free hope management fixes the issues for future tenants
I used to live there. I loved my apartment but the management was terrible.
Don't even bother applying. Takes over a week to get denied and then another week to get your deposit back.
