I would definetly love to give 0 starts for the apartment, Management least regard for tenants. Late snow removals and cocroach infestation is the worst. Hoping snow will be removed by noon, I had a appointment to go to and got stuck at the parking lot, was not able to move an inch. I decided to request help from the care taker there, and asked if they could lend apartments showel and his reply was, "we dont lend showels" and "snow cleaning guys will come when they come". I update this review regularly, approximately every other year. I have lived here since November 2014. Latest edit date: Aug 20, 2025. The area is ideally located, being on not one but three direct bus routes to downtown. There is everything you could really need within walking distance, so if you don't have a car, this place is pretty great. The downside is if you DO have a car, you have to pay for parking. pls stay away from homestead homes. they are not the right people not the right place to live. too many problems in the buildings. police is there every night. people beat each other inside the building. most of the units have Water leak and now one fix them. all the units are full of Cockroach.

I liked my apartment but unfortunately the bug infestations ruined the whole experience of living here the cockroaches were a never ending situation but then the bed bugs became an even bigger issue nice area such a shame the building isn’t bug free hope management fixes the issues for future tenants
