This landlord is horrible. He has a weird hate for women. If you are single man you will not have a problem with him. He hates women and always gives any woman who rents from him issues. I have many contacts of women who have had problems with this man. He will ignore your calls, even if your heat or hot water is not working. There are so many insect and mold problems. Whoever puts a good review on here was paid for it. I am the wife of the maintenance man who knew this landlord over 10 years personally. Also I worked for this man as office manager. I quit because he was going to fire me for going to get my braces done…. Leaving work early ONE DAY! This man is scum! A slum lord that doesn’t fix anything!!!! Horrible place to live
The owner Charles, is an absolute slum lord, you can call him a million times and still takes days to respond. If you have any appliances break he will blame you and then make YOU pay?!?! He has KEPT peoples rent, messing up peoples accounts, garbage everywhere inside and outside the properties, gangs and high school kids that don’t live there just hanging around shooting up or smoking.
