I find Highland Park to be a quiet and homey community. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. All the residents that I have had the pleasure of meeting are very friendly. Apartment are very spacious and give a cozy home feeling.
I stayed here 2 years ago, pretty cool apartments, Maureen and Melissa are the staff that helped me, which they are amazing, I would recommend

Roaches everywhere. They told us our unit wasn't ready 5 days before we were supposed to move in. Made us practically homeless for 2 weeks while they tried to deal with the roaches. Refused to offer any compensation for uhaul, storage, or hotel. After 2 weeks unit was still infested, told us last minute unit still wasn't ready after giving us aother move in date and lease.
