I rent an apartment and am in the process of moving out it is so bad i decided to break a fake supposed lease that they supposedly have.. I signed a 6 month lease and they are telling me it is a 12 month lease which is not the truth i asked them to let me out of the supposed 12 month lease because this place is terrible and unfit to live and they told me no so i am going to beat them senseless in court because i have video taped everything since i have lived here. We just moved out of there. It was awful. We started out in a studio, and that apartment had ants really bad. Mgt said that it wasn t their responsibility to spray for ants, that we should just go buy a can of Raid and take care of the issue ourselves. We then moved down a couple buildings to a one bedroom, where we documented and reported several issues, none of which were fixed. We got bedbugs from another tennant and when we told the mgt that their building had bedbugs, they again said that it wasn t their responsibility ... read more
I have lived here for years. I have seen alot of Managers & Maint. staff come & go. The best Manager that this place ever had was when the lady from KY was here. She cared about the tenants, she spent alot of time on the property and she was strict and picky about how things were. She took very job and profession very serious!!! I know she was at Hunters for a while & got it straightened out as well. She left to go back to KY but I sure wish she would come back here and get things back to normal!!!
