All I know is before yall start being picky with who yall are approving and not approving. PLEASE make sure the apartments are atleast renovated. Up to par. At least fix it up before denying people for unnecessary reasons. You picking and choosing who stays and dont stay is not going to change how raggedy they are on the inside and outside . Like make it make sense
Management is the worst. They don't do anything about complaints. Very rude. Security is a joke. There is no security around the clock. They told me they can't afford to hire someone to keep an eye on the parking lots an to make sure all the families were safe. So many cars are broken into an even stolen right outside the resident's own front doors. Drug deals are happening on almost every corner 24/7. The apts are poorly maintained.
