Too expensive for being next to the highway and train tracks. The tiny 400 square feet studio apartments START at over $1,200 per month now. We can find places more than three times this size for less than they charge here. They started charging for utilities when they were included when we moved in. They started charging MONTHLY to use the dedicated storage units each apartment got for free when we moved in. Simply a great place to live. Nice sized apartments. Safe and community-oriented area. Most importantly, management and maintenance are timely and professional. My only gripe would be the price. It’s the only reason I can’t stay longer.

I moved in to Highland Park this week and had the BEST experience with Keshonda, the property manager. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home in Highland Park. She made me feel comfortable while remaining so professional under challenging circumstances. I understand all the challenges COVID has placed on so many businesses and industries, but Keshonda makes it look like a breeze!
